Shipping policy

Charlie Rose SD can ship to all states in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If an order is refused by Charlie Rose SD, a refund will be issued in full.

We do our best to ship all orders next business day.  Shipping processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Please note that once your package is with our carrier, we are unable to make changes to your order, delivery address, or shipping speed. Please be sure to double check all of your delivery information and selected shipping speed before completing checkout as we may not be able to make changes once your order is placed.
